Windows 10 업데이트 실패 ( 0x80073701 )에 대한 조치방법을 알아봅니다

1. Windows 시작버튼 을 오른쪽으로 클릭한후 Windows powershell (관리자 권한)으로 실행합니다.

2. 서비스 중단하기: powershell 창에 다음과 같이 입력합니다.

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver

 

3. update 폴더 이름 변경: powershell 창에 다음과 같이 입력합니다.

ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

4. 서비스 재구동:  powershell 창에 다음과 같이 입력합니다.

net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

1~4 까지 수행을 하게 되면 꼬여있던 WUPDATE 상태를 깨끗하게 만들어줍니다.

 

5. 업데이트 도구를 다운로드하여 (클릭: https://www.microsoft.com/ko-kr/software-download/windows10 , 혹은 구글에서 Download Windows 10 Media Creation Tool 검색) 업데이트를 수행합니다.

이 과정이 끝나면 정상적으로 1909로 업데이트됩니다!
